These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of jourdainink.com and any appointment, service, or communication with Jourdain Ink (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking an appointment, using our website, or subscribing to our emails or texts, you agree to these Terms.

Appointments & Booking

All appointments are subject to availability. A consultation may be required before certain procedures. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone for any lawful reason, including if a procedure is not appropriate for your skin type, health history, or expectations.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated rescheduling may be subject to a fee or require a deposit for future bookings.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through our online booking system, processed securely by Stripe. Prices for services are subject to change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.

Touch-Up & Perfecting Session Policy

A 6-to-8-week perfecting session is a required second step for most initial procedures and is priced and booked separately from the initial appointment.

A discounted “touch-up” rate is reserved exclusively for clients whose original permanent makeup was performed by Jourdain Ink. Work on permanent makeup performed by another artist or studio is booked and priced as a new, full initial appointment.

Health & Consent

Permanent makeup procedures involve breaking the skin and carry inherent risks. Prior to any procedure, you will be required to complete a separate, in-person health history and consent form. These Terms do not replace that consent process, which governs the specific procedure performed.

Results & Expectations

Permanent makeup is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure. Results vary based on individual skin type, aftercare, lifestyle, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific outcome, shade retention, or longevity.

By providing your phone number or email address and opting in, you agree to receive appointment-related and/or marketing communications from us. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or unsubscribe from emails using the link provided in each message. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photos, and healed result images, is the property of Jourdain Ink unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jourdain Ink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, beyond the amount paid for the applicable service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
